Candidates must actively participate in the process, including attending interviews, responding to communications, and sharing updated information when requested. Failure to do so may void the job guarantee or coverage.
If a candidate loses their job due to reasons beyond their control (excluding voluntary resignation or termination due to misconduct), ASAP-Hiring will provide free marketing and placement assistance again during the coverage period.
If the candidate does not get placed within the guaranteed timeline of the chosen plan a refund will be provided. Refund will be calculated based on the services already delivered.
The job guarantee will only begin once the full upfront payment is credited to ASAP Hiring’s account.
Even if a refund is issued under the job guarantee clause ASAP-Hiring will continue marketing the candidate’s profile until placement.
